PLEASE, read Earl Taylor’s email, below, about what the presentation and comments should consist of. Earl will be recognized as the petitioner. He will speak about the historical significance of the building.

History – The proposed building plan would erase the architectural significance of the building. This house is the last remaining building of the first cotton mill in Massachusetts. ( Photos of the building can be found here from its constructed date in 1830. River Street marks the start of the Mill District, which also includes the historically significant Baker Chocolate Factory.” 

It is important that folks show up for this.
